Banpaku P&R (Park and Ride) Parking Lot (Personal Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle) Reservation Service Terms and Conditions
The Expo P&R (Park and Ride) Parking Lot (Private Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle) Reservation Service Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions") stipulate the matters that users must comply with when using the reservation service (hereinafter referred to as "Reservation Service") for the Expo P&R (Park and Ride) Parking Lot (hereinafter referred to as "Parking Lot") provided by the Public Interest Incorporated Association, Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as "our Association").
Chapter 1 (Common Provisions) of these Terms and Conditions stipulates general matters concerning the reservation service, such as how to make a reservation, changing or canceling a reservation, and managing reservation numbers. Chapter 2 (Points to Note When Using the Parking Lot) of these Terms and Conditions stipulates matters that users must observe when using the parking lot. Chapter 3 (Points to Note When Using Yumeshima Bicycle Parking) of these Terms and Conditions stipulates matters that users must observe when parking their bicycles at Yumeshima Bicycle Parking.
Users should read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for the reservation service. When a user uses the reservation service to apply for a parking space reservation, the user is deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Chapter 1 (Common Provisions)
Chapter 1 (Common Provisions) sets out how users can make reservations, how to change or cancel reservations, management of reservation numbers, handling of personal information, and other general matters concerning the reservation service.

Article 1 (Reservation Service)

1. the reservation service is for the use of the parking lot and the use of Expo P&R shuttle bus, which connects the parking lot to the Expo site (outbound only; hereinafter referred to as "use of "). The "Reservation Service" is a service whereby the User makes a reservation in advance via the Internet for the use of the parking lot and the Expo P&R shuttle bus connecting the parking lot and the Expo site (outbound only; hereinafter "use of "). (2) "Reservation Service" means the service whereby the User makes a reservation in advance via the Internet for the use of the parking lot and the Expo connecting the parking lot and the Expo site (outbound only). However, the user of the parking lot described in (2) is not scheduled to use the P&R shuttle bus service due to the location of the parking lot (it is located in a walkable area). (3).

2. Advance reservations are required to use the parking lots. If you do not make an advance reservation, you will not be able to use the parking lots.

3. If there are no available parking spaces during the reservation period, you will not be able to make a reservation.

4. The User may reserve one vehicle for any given date in one reservation, and may not reserve multiple vehicles on the same date.

Article 2 (How to make a reservation)
The membership registration period will be from the time the Association completes the member's registration until the time the reservation service is discontinued pursuant to Article 10, or until the member's withdrawal pursuant to Article 14. The Association may discontinue provision of the reservation service for its own convenience, even during the member registration period set forth in the previous article, by providing the member with prior notice with an appropriate grace period. -
1. Users must log in to the Expo P&R parking reservation Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Reservation Site") using Expo ID and password by the day before use, and enter the required information, such as Vehicle license number and number of passengers.
For details, please see the "Notes from reservation to use" and "Frequently asked questions and inquiries" posted on the reservation site. -
2. Users shall register by entering Vehicle license number of the vehicle that will be used in the parking lot. The Association will use the acquired Vehicle license number for parking lot operation and management purposes, such as to authenticate reservations when entering the parking lot and to deal with illegally parked or abandoned vehicles.

3. Users shall select their departure point on the reservation site when making a reservation. The selected departure point will be used to display recommended parking lots to alleviate congestion. In addition, after the reservation is confirmed, the selected departure point will be provided to Hanshin Expressway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hanshin Expressway") in a non-personally identifiable form in order to predict congestion on roads in and around Osaka and the venue.

4. When a user enters the parking lot, date of use, and planned time of entry on the reservation site, the reservation or Provisional reservation stipulated in the next article will be completed.

5. The reservation service is free to use. However, all costs incurred when using this content or linked external content that require payment, such as payment of usage fees, shall be borne by the user. In addition, communication charges for using the reservation service shall be borne by the user.

Article 3 (Provisional reservation)

1. If a user wishes to use the reservation service more than 31days prior to the date of use, the user must make a tentative Provisional reservation.

2. The user must change Provisional reservation to a formal reservation between 30/ and 8/ prior to the date of use. Changing to a formal reservation can be done by paying the fee set forth in Article 5 on the reservation site.

3. If the user does not make payment 8/ prior to the date of use, Provisional reservation will be automatically cancelled and the user will need to use the reservation service again to make a new reservation.

Article 4 (ETC card number registration)

1. In order to ease congestion on roads in and around Osaka and the venue, the Association will provide a discount on the usage fee set out in the following article, paragraph 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "usage fee") to users who register in advance the ETC card number to be used on the day and enter the parking lot using the designated route on the Hanshin Expressway recommended by the Association. Please see the reservation site for details and conditions of the usage fee discount.

2. If the User wishes to receive the discount on the usage fee set forth in the preceding paragraph, the User must register the ETC card number (meaning the number of the IC card used to pay toll road tolls via the ETC system) to be used on the day of parking on the reservation website at the time of reservation, and the same ETC card must be properly authenticated when driving on the Hanshin Expressway and when entering the parking lot. When driving on the Hanshin Expressway, please drive in accordance with the ETC system usage regulations published by Hanshin Expressway. In addition, when entering the parking lot, please properly insert the ETC card into the ETC on-board unit and stop once before the bar gate before driving.

3. Hanshin Expressway will obtain the ETC card number registered on the reservation site and ETC usage history information when driving on the Hanshin Expressway and when entering parking lots, and will use this information to determine discounts on usage fees according to the reservation number and parking lot entry history for each reservation number, which are provided to Hanshin Expressway by the Association in a manner that does not identify individuals. Hanshin Expressway will use this information to determine discounts and to manage, analyze, and improve the Hanshin Expressway ETC system.

4. The Association will only retain the discount assessment results provided by Hanshin Expressway and will not retain any information related to ETC. The discount assessment results will be used by the Association only for the purpose of discounting the usage fee.

5. The discount judgment in paragraph 3 shall be based on the ETC usage history information registered in the Hanshin Expressway system as of the judgment date (including billing corrections to Hanshin Expressway tolls made at the request of the user to Hanshin Expressway), and the judgment date shall be 26/ of the month for driving from 1/ to 13/ of each month, and 11/ of the following month for driving from 14/ to the end of the month, based on the date of driving on the Hanshin Expressway. If any corrections are made to the ETC usage history information after the day after the judgment date, it will not be applied to the discount judgment in paragraph 3.

Article 5 (Usage fees, payment of usage fees, issuance of receipts)

1. The usage fee will be set by our association in Japanese yen. The usage fee is shown including tax.

2. Parking fees that include use of the P&R shuttle bus include the fee for using the P&R shuttle bus.

3. If a user makes Provisional reservation 31/ or more prior to the date of use, the user must pay the usage fee by 8 days prior to the date of use. If a user makes a reservation 30/ or less prior to the date of use, the user must pay the usage fee at the same time as the reservation.

4. Online credit card payment is required to pay the usage fee. The payment amount at this time is the amount before applying the discount stipulated in the preceding Article 1, and only if the discount has been applied will the discounted amount be applied and online credit card payment be made again from the day after the judgment date stipulated in the preceding Article 5. Please note that the credit cards that can be used and the credit cards to which the discount can be applied are separately specified by the Association on the reservation site.

5. Even if a User does not use the parking lot, if the cancellation procedures prescribed in Article 7 are not carried out, the Association will not refund the usage fee.

6. The User can download a receipt from the reservation site after the date of use.

Article 6 (Management of reservation numbers)

1. The user is responsible for managing the reservation number. Furthermore, the user shall be responsible for any damages caused by a third party using the reservation number, and the Association shall not be held liable in any way.

2. Users may not lend, transfer, sell or otherwise transfer their rights and obligations relating to the reservation service to a third party.

Article 7 (Changes and cancellations to reservation details)

1. If there are any changes to the reservation details, such as Vehicle license number, number of passengers, or ETC card number, the user must change the information, such as Vehicle license number, number of passengers, or ETC card number, using the designated method on the reservation site by the day before the date of use.

2. If a User wishes to change any of the reservation details, such as the reservation date, reservation time, vehicle type, or parking lot, the User must first cancel the reservation using the designated method on the reservation site and then make a new reservation.

3. If a user wishes to cancel a reservation, the user must complete the cancellation procedure on the reservation site using the designated method. The cancellation period, which entails a refund of the usage fee, is up to the day before the date of use.

4. Only if the User cancels within the deadline set forth in the preceding paragraph will the Association refund the full amount of the usage fee to the debit account of the credit card designated by the User at the time of reservation.

Article 8 (Prohibitions)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using the reservation service. If any prohibited activities are found to have occurred, the Association may cancel the reservation or suspend use of the service without prior notice. -
1. Any act violating these Terms and Conditions

2. Any act that violates, may violate, or encourages violation of laws and regulations

3. Actions that violate common sense or public order and morals
-
4. Using the reservation site to post, disclose, provide or transmit (hereinafter referred to as "posting, etc.") anything that infringes the rights of the Association, system providers affiliated with the Association, other users or other third parties (collectively, excluding the user, hereinafter referred to as "others") or that is a nuisance to others, or any other act that impedes the reservation service.

5. Any act that infringes, threatens to infringe, or encourages the infringement of the property, honor, credit, privacy, publicity rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of others.

6. Exploiting security holes or bugs in the reservation site, causing unauthorized access or artificially placing a load on the site, or interfering with users' access to or operation of the reservation site

7. Any act that destroys or interferes with the function of software, hardware, communication lines, or other facilities or equipment used by others, or that interferes with their use or operation

8. Collecting, storing, disclosing, publishing, falsifying, or deleting confidential information, personal information, or historical information of the Association or other users that has been obtained in connection with the use of the reservation service without the consent of the Association or other users.

9. Using the reservation service by impersonating another user

10. Obtaining reservation numbers, passwords, etc. from others, or disclosing or providing them to others, regardless of the means

11. Any act that destroys or interferes with the functions of the Association's servers, networks, or other systems

12. Any action that interferes with the reservation service, advertisements distributed by the Association, or the services or advertisements provided by the Association

13. Using the reservation site to induce third parties to visit other websites
-
14. Using the reservation service for purposes other than the original purpose of the service intended by the Association (including, but not limited to, commercial purposes other than reservation services, pyramid schemes, or other similar activities or activities that may be similar)

15. Using the reservation site, in whole or in part, for purposes other than the reservation service, or divert, resell, copy, transmit, translate, adapt, or make secondary use of the site, regardless of the method

16. Any action that disrupts the operation or use of the reservation service or reservation site
-
17. Any other actions that the Association deems inappropriate

Article 9 (Compensation for Damages)
-
1. If a user violates these terms and conditions while using the reservation service and causes damage to a third party, the user must compensate for such damage.

2. Even if a third party violates other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and causes damage to a user, the third party shall only be liable in cases where such damage is due to the third party's intentional or gross negligence, and the scope of compensation shall be limited to ordinary damages directly incurred by the user, and shall be limited to the amount of the usage fee in the contract established between the user and the Association through the reservation service.

Article 10 (Exemption from liability due to force majeure)
Neither the Association nor any system provider affiliated with the Association shall be liable for compensation for damages incurred by users when they are unable to provide the reservation service due to reasons not attributable to either party, such as natural disasters, accidents, theft, breakdowns or malfunctions of vehicles or equipment, damage to the parking lot, delays in leaving the parking lot due to other users, communications failures in telecommunications businesses such as landline, mobile phone or Internet connections, or breakdowns or malfunctions of the systems used to operate the reservation service.

Article 11 (Suspension of Use)
The Association or a system provider working with the Association may temporarily suspend the reservation service without prior notice to users if any of the following events occur: -
1. When carrying out maintenance or repairs on communication equipment, systems, software, etc. related to the reservation service

2. In the event of a fire, power outage, earthquake, eruption, flood, tsunami or other natural disaster, or a communication failure, system failure, etc.

3. When war, unrest, riots, disturbances, etc. occur
-
4. When the system is overloaded or the Association determines that there is a security problem
-
5. Any other case in which the Association determines it is necessary to temporarily suspend the reservation service for operational or technical reasons.

Article 12 (Cancellation/Changes)
-
1. In the event that any of the following events occur, the Association may suspend the Expo for a certain period of time or change the holding period. In addition, the Association may also change or suspend the operation hours during the period.

(1) When it becomes difficult to operate the Expo due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, fire, the spread of infectious diseases or other force majeure.
-
(2) When it becomes difficult to operate the Expo due to a request for cancellation from an administrative agency or other administrative guidance, power outages (including planned power outages), suspension of transportation services, or other reasons beyond the control of the Association.

(3) When the Association judges it difficult to operate the Expo.

2. In the event that the Association cancels the Expo for a certain period of time or changes the holding period based on the preceding paragraph, Users must change or cancel their reservations as provided for in Article 7, Paragraph 2.

3. If the cancellation deadline has passed without the user making the cancellation pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Association will not refund the parking reservation fee. However, refunds may be made in cases where the cancellation is due to reasons attributable to the Association or where the Association approves a refund.

Article 13 (Changes to communication facilities, systems, software, etc. and exemption from liability)

1. The Association or a system provider affiliated with the Association may, at its own discretion, modify, update or terminate the use of communication equipment, systems, software, etc. related to the reservation service without prior notice to or consent from the user.

2. Neither the Association nor any system provider affiliated with the Association guarantees that emails, content, etc. sent to users from the websites, servers, domains, etc. of the Association or any system provider affiliated with the Association will contain any harmful items such as computer viruses.

Article 14 (Acquisition and Use of Personal Information)

1. The approach to personal information protection in this service shall be set forth in the Association's Personal Information Protection Policy (https://www.expo2025.or.jp/privacy/) and the "Personal Information Protection Policy" and "Handling of Personal Information" (collectively referred to as "Personal Information Protection Policy, etc.") posted on the Partner's website (http://www.times24.co.jp/). In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and the Personal Information Protection Policy, etc., the contents of the "Personal Information Protection Policy, etc." shall take precedence.

2. For safety and security reasons, the Association may provide personal information provided by users to the police or other organizations.

3. The Association will acquire, manage, use and delete users' Vehicle license number and the information about the parking lot and its surroundings (hereinafter referred to as "vehicle information, etc.") as follows:

(1) The Association will use video cameras, etc. to record Vehicle license number and the parking lot interior and surrounding areas (hereinafter referred to as "vehicle information, etc.") and use this information for parking lot operation and management purposes, such as managing entry and exit, and dealing with illegally parked and abandoned vehicles. Vehicle information, etc. acquired by the Association will be stored for a certain period of time and will be promptly deleted after the end of the storage period.

(2) In addition to the uses described in (1) above, the Association may use Vehicle license number and other information obtained through videotapes and cameras for the purposes of preventing crimes and nuisances and ensuring the safety of employees and others in the facilities attached to the parking lots operated and managed by the parking lot operators.

(3) If the information acquired by the Association contains personal information, the Association will not provide such information to a third party, except in the following cases:
- ① When providing parking facilities, etc., for the purpose of achieving the purpose of this paragraph (2)
- ② When the individual (user) has given their consent
- 3) When required by law
- ④When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.
- ⑤When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development, and obtaining the individual's consent is likely to impede the performance of the relevant duties.
- ⑥When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, a local government, or a person commissioned by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent is likely to impede the performance of those duties.
- ⑦When entrusting to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- 8. When business succession occurs due to a merger or other reasons.

Article 15 (Changes to Terms)

1. When the Association determines it is necessary to change these Terms, it will change these Terms by posting the changes on the Association's website or by notifying users in an appropriate manner in light of the changes.

2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions based on the preceding paragraph shall take effect on the effective date posted on the Association's website or the effective date specified in the appropriate notification method pursuant to the preceding paragraph.

Article 16 (Governing Law)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. The Association will establish these Terms in Japanese. The Association may provide users with translated versions of these Terms in other languages via its website, but in the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version of these Terms and any translated version, the Japanese version shall take precedence.

Article 17 (Court of Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute concerning the rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions, the Osaka District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.

Chapter 2 (Things to note when using the parking lot)
Chapter 2 (Points to note when using a parking lot) stipulates the matters that users must observe when using the reservation service to actually park light vehicles, standard-sized automobiles, motorcycles, and mopeds (hereinafter referred to as "automobiles, etc.") in a parking lot.

Article 1 (Types of Parking Lots, etc.)

1. The Association may, at its discretion, modify, update or terminate the use of communication equipment, systems, software, etc. related to the Reservation Service without prior notice to or consent from the User.

(1) For light and regular vehicles: Maishima, Amagasaki, Sakai Expo P&R parking lots, Yumeshima Accessible Parking

(2) Motorcycles and mopeds: Maishima Expo P&R Parking Lot

Article 2 (Provision of Parking Spaces)
-
1. The purpose of the parking lot is to provide space for users to park for a short period of time, and is not for storing automobiles, etc.

2. The Association prohibits the conduct of any business activities within the parking lots without the consent of the Operator.
-
3. Users are not permitted to park vehicles other than those reserved in advance. Please follow the instructions of the parking attendant and promptly exit the parking lot through the designated exit.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)
-
1. The Association and the operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Manager, etc.") will not bear any responsibility for theft, loss or damage to vehicles, their accessories or cargo in the parking lot, except when such damage is due to reasons attributable to the Manager, etc.

2. The Manager, etc. shall not be liable for any damage suffered by a user of the Parking Lot as a result of the actions of other users of the Parking Lot or third parties, or of a vehicle or its accessories or cargo present in the Parking Lot, or for any other damage occurring within the Parking Lot, except when the damage is due to causes attributable to the Manager, etc.

Article 4 (Parking Time)
Parking hours in the parking lots are from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm on the same day (11:00 pm for Yumeshima Yumeshima Accessible Parking and Yumeshima Bicycle Parking Parking Lot). Users must not park before 8:00 am or beyond 11:30 pm on the day they are parking (11:00 pm for Yumeshima Yumeshima Accessible Parking and Yumeshima Bicycle Parking). However, this does not apply if prior approval is obtained from the manager, etc., or if a different parking time limit is posted in the parking lot.

Article 5 (Vehicles that may be parked)

1. The specifications of automobiles, etc. that can be parked in the parking lot are limited to those within the following dimensions, and users are not permitted to park automobiles, etc. that exceed these limits.

2. Even if the vehicle satisfies the standards set forth in the preceding paragraph, the User may not park any vehicle that falls under any of the following:
- ①Vehicles with a minimum ground clearance of more than 25 cm or other vehicles whose shape may cause the vehicle entrance recognition device to not function.
- ② Vehicles that have an auto-leveling function or other feature that allows the vehicle height to change.
- 3) Vehicles equipped with aerodynamic parts or other vehicles that may cause problems when entering and exiting the parking lot.
- ④ Unregistered vehicles, vehicles with expired vehicle inspections, and other vehicles that are prohibited from being driven on public roads.
- ⑤ Vehicles whose registration number is covered or removed, or other vehicles that are difficult to read using an automatic registration number recognition device.
- ⑥ Vehicles for which there have been changes to the vehicle registration information but the registration change procedures have not been completed.
- ⑦ Vehicles that are difficult to identify, such as vehicles that are provisionally registered.
- 8. Vehicles equipped with accessories, etc. that may cause damage to parking lot facilities, equipment, or other automobiles upon contact.
- 9. Vehicles for special purposes such as large special vehicles or special construction vehicles that may cause damage to parking lot facilities or equipment.
- 10. Vehicles carrying hazardous materials, harmful pollutants, or other items that may pose a safety or hygiene hazard, or that may cause odors or liquid leaks.
- ⑪ Vehicles equipped with loudspeakers or devices that play music or other sounds at a volume that is excessively disruptive to visitors.

3. In applying the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the judgment shall take into account accessories and cargo of the automobile, etc., and passengers, etc.

4. In addition to vehicles that do not meet the standards set forth in paragraph 1, bicycles are also not permitted to be parked in the parking lot. However, this does not apply if there is a sign posted in the parking lot specifically permitting the parking of bicycles.

5. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, parking (use) will be refused to anyone who is a member or affiliated with an organized crime group, an organization related to an organized crime group, or any other person who belongs to an antisocial organization.

Article 6 (Parking Method)

1. Parking lot users must park in the designated parking space, following the instructions posted in the parking lot or the instructions of parking lot attendants.

2. Please do not wait outside the parking lot, such as on surrounding roads, before your reserved parking time.
-
3. Please turn off the engine when parking or stopping your vehicle in the parking lot. However, this does not apply if the parking lot operator gives separate consent.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
-
1. The Association prohibits users from engaging in the following acts:
- ① Engaging in any act that is prohibited or restricted by laws, regulations, or prefectural, city, town, or village ordinances in connection with the use of the parking lot.
- ② Leaving items in the parking lot, installing structures, or making changes to the current state of the parking lot.
- ③Parking in any space other than the designated parking space.
- ④ Smoking, noise, or other behavior in the parking lot that causes inconvenience to local residents.
- ⑤ Dumping bottles, cans, cigarette butts, magazines, or any other waste in the parking lot.
- ⑥ Making unreasonable demands on the Manager, etc., or engaging in behavior that is socially inappropriate (including, but not limited to, assault or battery, threats, slander, libel, insults, abusive language, invasion of privacy against the parking lot operator, manager or employees, excessive demands without justifiable reason, long periods of detention due to persistent complaints, etc.).
- ⑦ Engaging in any act that causes significant inconvenience to the Administrator or interferes with the Administrator's business.

2. If the Administrator, etc. reasonably determines that a User has engaged in any of the acts listed in paragraph ⑥ or ⑦ above, they may refuse to respond to the User by phone, email, or in writing.

Article 8 (Illegal Parking)
If a parking lot user parks a car or other vehicle in a parking space without making a reservation in advance, if the user parks in a location other than a designated parking space, if the user exceeds the parking time without the approval of the parking lot operator in violation of Article 4, or if the manager or other person in charge deems the parking method to be improper, the Association may request that the user pay damages in addition to the usage fee.

Article 9 (User's Liability for Compensation)
If a User violates these Terms and Conditions or any rules posted by the Administrator or other party in the parking lot, or intentionally or negligently damages the parking lot facilities or equipment, causing damage to the parking lot, the Association may claim compensation from the User for the damages suffered (including lost business profits in the event that all or part of the parking lot must be closed).
*If the Manager, etc. discovers a vehicle parked outside of a parking space, regardless of whether the vehicle meets the criteria in Article 5, Paragraph 1, the Manager, etc. may move, sell, discard, or otherwise dispose of the vehicle.

Chapter 3 (Provisions regarding the use of Yumeshima Bicycle Parking)
Chapter 3 (Provisions Concerning Use of Yumeshima Bicycle Parking) stipulates the matters that users must observe when using the reservation service to park their bicycles at Yumeshima Bicycle Parking (hereinafter referred to as the "Bicycle Parking Lot").

Article 1 (Mutatis Mutandis Application of Chapter 2)
All provisions of Chapter 2, which stipulates the matters to be observed when parking automobiles, etc., except for Article 4 (Automobiles, etc. that may be parked), also apply mutatis mutandis to the matters to be observed when parking bicycles.

Article 2 (Bicycles that may be parked)

1. Bicycles that can be parked in the bicycle parking lot are limited to those that fit within the following dimensions, and users are not permitted to park any other bicycles.

2. Even if a bicycle meets the standards in the previous paragraph, it cannot be parked if it falls under any of the following:
- 1) Vehicles equipped with accessories, etc. that may cause damage to bicycle parking facilities, equipment, or other vehicles if they come into contact with them.
- ② Vehicles carrying hazardous materials, harmful pollutants, or other items that may endanger safety or hygiene, or that may cause odors or liquid leaks.

3. The application of the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall be determined taking into account any accessories and cargo carried on the Bicycle.

4. Notwithstanding the above, we will not allow parking (use) of bicycles by members or associates of organized crime groups, organizations related to organized crime groups, or anyone who belongs to other antisocial organizations.

Article 3 (Usage Fees)

1. Users of the bicycle parking lot must pay the parking fee in advance on the reservation website.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if a user does not make a reservation in advance on the reservation website or uses a bicycle parking lot without making a reservation, the user must pay the amount displayed on the payment machine, etc. installed in the bicycle parking lot.

Article 4 (How to Use)
After entering the bicycle parking area, users must dismount their bicycle and push it to move it.
Supplementary Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on 10/ 13/ 2024.
2. These terms and conditions will be partially revised from March 3/ 2025/.
