Important (Regarding email reception errors when completing Provisional reservation)

Up until 10/ 28/, it had been confirmed that when reserving a parking space, customers were not receiving emails confirming Provisional reservation.

As of 18:30 on 10/ 28/, this issue has been resolved.

Even if you have not received the email, Provisional reservation has been completed.

If you would like to confirm your reservation, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow the steps below.

Going forward, payment request emails (scheduled to be sent 30days prior to the date of use) and other emails will be sent as scheduled.

1. Click [View reservation list] on the "TOP" screen to go to the "Reservation List" screen.

2. Click the button to the right of the reservation information you want to check the details for to go to the "Reservation details" screen.

3. The current reservation status will be displayed as "Provisional reservation" next to the reservation number.

*If you do not receive an email normally, please check the following possible causes.

・Check that the email address you entered is correct

If you have set up email reception

Can you receive emails from the domain "mail.parking-reserve.expo2025.or.jp"?

- Can you receive emails from PCs and emails containing URLs?

・Check if the email has been sent to your spam folder
